FAQ

Why choose an internship with us?

An internship with us combines what you are learning in the classroom in a real-world setting. Through this experience, you will gain practical knowledge and build professional connections while receiving mentorship from your supervisor.

What type of internships do we offer?

We offer full-time opportunities whereby interns work the same number of hours per week as our full-time employees. These types of internships typically start after exam period and end before next semester starts (approximately 16 weeks), which we find provide a more comprehensive experience for students.

Are internships paid?

Yes, our internships are paid. *** We offer hourly rates, increasing with the level of schooling you have achieved: from CÉGEP, undergraduate 1st year up to 4th year and then graduate degrees. *** There can be exceptions, depending on the student’s learning institution and its protocols.

What mindset do we seek in our interns?

We value interns who are eager to learn, grow and ask insightful questions. Curiosity and a willingness to develop are more important than knowing everything from day one.

What mentoring and support will I receive?

You will be given the chance to learn 1:1 with your supervisor, as well as learn how different teams work and how they add value to the industry.

What is the culture like?

We recognize that our culture has a major impact on the health, happiness and growth of our people. Our culture is based on collaboration and transparency, where interns become an important part of the team they join.
