Fleet Efficiency Assessment 

The PIT Group Fleet Efficiency Assessment service provides a thorough evaluation of a fleet’s entire operations, identifying areas for improvement in fuel efficiency and sustainability. Based on the audit findings, a detailed report is generated, helping transportation companies access funding through the Canadian Government’s Green Freight Program.

Vehicle and Technology Testing

PIT Group conducts on-road operational and test-track controlled testing in support of short to long performance evaluations for a broad range of medium and heavy-duty vehicle technologies. PIT Group employs internationally recognized protocols to offer independent testing and evaluations in support of technology development and implementation.

Our team has supported numerous national and international organizations in developing, testing or demonstrating their products in the Canadian transportation industry. Our network of fleet partners ensures that the technology will be tested under the best possible conditions, with innovative fleets that are on the lookout for new technologies.

Controlled Testing

As an accredited Certification Body for ELDs, FPInnovations holds the ISO/IEC 17065 accreditation required by Transport Canada to test and certify electronic logging devices.
