Version 2.2.0 of FPInterface is now available! It features enhancements, new convenient features, and software error corrections.
Overview of the new features:
- New machines: New bin truck configuration and new, 1100-HP horizontal grinder (BiOS module).
- Nearest destination: This option can be selected; FPInterface will select the nearest mill / transit point, based on time, when calculating transportation
- Creating a pulp product: To create a pulp product in the Product Distribution window, enter two topping diameter values that will then be plugged into the biomass equations to determine the product’s proportion.
- Default values for British Columbia: A system in which the province has been set to British Columbia can be initialized with several values that reflect the conditions in that province. This function is available for existing systems and any system that is created.
